Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy: -Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled service: No charge. -Cancellations made within 24- 1 hour of the scheduled service: A cancellation fee of 40-60% will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
